Each year AFC funds a program for integrated job-training and skills development. It covers: |
* Internal training programs, including product knowledge, management development and general working skills * External training programs, including management training and development * Annual general working skills * Subsidies for each associate to get professional certification * EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) reading club each week * An internal committee to consider and implement new well-being proposals * Cooperation with academic associations and government departments * More than 30 hours of training programs per associate each year
